June Favourites

Hello summer & hot weather! (Kind of) … July is here and we are half way through the year already! Although there are still lots to look forward too this year, I can’t believe how quickly it’s going. I know most people are already dreading the end of our summer, but I’m starting to get a little excited that September is only around the corner & Autumn is on the way! Mulled cider, cinnamon candles & jumpers at the ready! Ok, it might be a bit too soon to be thinking about Autumn, but its on my mind!

There’s still a bit of summer left, so here are my favourite things from June, which might just help you out in July!

St Ives scrub
Despite the gurus advice, I’ve personally always liked the St Ives apricot scrub. But they recently launched a green tea scrub, for lighter exfoliation & I am obsessed. It’s a lot more gentle on the skin & I have noticed a real difference! It smells really fresh & I love using it. It’s definitely worth a purchase!

Last month I finally got round to trying out this amazing restaurant for myself, if you love Indian street food then you will love it too! I have a full post on its way, about this beautiful Mancunian hotspot, but I couldn’t wait to mention it. This is definitely one of my favourite things at the minute!

Pull & Bear sandals
For months I have wanted to find a simple black sandal which goes with everything. I stumbled across these beauties on ASOS and I am recommending them to anyone who will listen! The leather is super soft & the soles have a bit of bend to them too! They look great with everything & I have worn them constantly in the last month!

Ok, this one may not come as a surprise to anyone who follows my blog on social media (Twitter/ I Instagram) but I absolutely love this seasons mustard toned clothing! It’s flattering for everyone’s skin types because it’s so clashing & I love how bright and cheery it is! If it’s good enough for Amal at the royal wedding, it’s definitely good enough for me!
