May was a busy and beautiful month. We finally got to enjoy some decent weather & we enjoyed our trip to Copenhagen! Also, thank god for Bank Holidays as they have made this month fly by! There has been lots of things I’ve been loving this month, so here are my hits for May!
Of course our city break is one of my favourite things from last month! We had an amazing time in a beyond beautiful city & I will be sharing my photo diary & more soon! If you love city breaks, then make sure Copenhagen is next on your list!
The Clarence Pub
This month my boyfriend turned 30 and we decide to have a relaxed meal to celebrate & he chose The Clarence Pub in Bury. I’ve written about how much I love this place before, (The Clarence) the food, interior & service is amazing. We all enjoyed great food & lots of cocktails in their stunning dining room.
Ok, I know I go on about this brand all the time & most people are sick of hearing about it. But they finally launched their Lash Slick mascara last month & it’s great! It’s not too thick, but it is buildable. It separates and lengthens the lashes perfectly. I have been loving it, its definitely worth the (reasonable) £14 price tag!
Pandora Summer Collection
Since it’s release earlier in the year, the honeycomb & bee themed jewellery from Pandora has pretty much sold out. As a symbol of Manchester I loved the earrings & the bee ring, but never thought I’d get my hands on them. Until I stumbled across them in Copenhagen airport!
As it was a year since the Manchester Arena bombing, the city came together on the 22nd to show everyone that Manchester will celebrate the lives of those who passed away & that they won’t be forgotten. With church services, mass singalongs & message of love all around the city, it made me proud to be Mancunian! Although I personally couldn’t be there, this is definitely one of my favourite things that happened in May.
